Duncan is originally from Portsmouth, Hampshire. At Portsmouth Grammar school, he divided his time neatly between playing for the 1st XV Rugby Team and singing with the school’s magnificent Chamber Choir.

He went on to study Popular Music and Jazz at Goldsmiths College, University of London before embarking on four years at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance where he trained classically before graduating in Musical Theatre.

 

His theatre credits include Carousel with Opera North (The Barbican, London); South Pacific (Kilworth House Theatre); ‘Escamillo’ in Carmen (Buxton Opera House); ‘Private Willis’ in Sasha Regan’s Iolanthe (UK Tour) and ‘Sergeant of Police’ in Sasha Regan’s Pirates of Penzance (Wilton’s Music Hall).

 

Duncan is the Bass in the Pop-Opera quartet G4.
